With no deductibles, no waiting periods, and no complicated paperwork, our program helps you maintain regular dental visits and protect your long-term oral health with confidence and convenience.
We are pleased to offer a discount plan to help you save your beautiful smile! We know that maintaining your regular recommended schedule of dental appointments is important for prevention of gum disease,
cavities, oral cancer, and other dental concerns.
Membership is active for twelve (12) months from the enrollment date and membership fees are non-refundable. This is not an insurance plan. There is no annual maximum, waiting period, or deductible.
Discounts are applied at the time the services are rendered to the patient. Payment must be made at the time of service in order to receive the discount. Discounts are not valid on any sale or promotion items or services. Patient must be 18 years or older to sign up for the program. Program not valid with any other insurance unless the insurance annual maximum has been exhausted. Cannot be used for injuries covered under Worker’s Compensation or under automobile, medical, no-fault, or similar insurances; nor for general anesthesia, IV sedation, hospitalization or hospitalization charges of any kind. Fees are subject to change.
